Are all products bundles?

No. The current catalog includes individual products and existing multipacks or sets. Each product title and listing describes what is included.

Where do I choose a size or option?

Open a product page, select an available option, and choose a quantity before adding it to your cart.

Where do I pay?

Continue from your cart to checkout to review the final price, availability, shipping, taxes, and payment methods before paying.

Delivery

When will my order ship?

Orders normally process in 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Carrier transit time is separate. Available delivery estimates are displayed at checkout.

How much is shipping?

Shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout based on your destination and order.

Returns

Can I return an item?

Return requests are accepted within 14 days after delivery, subject to the full return policy. Items must be unused with original packaging. Opened cosmetics and other excluded categories cannot be returned.

How do I start a return?

Email admin@usacolor.net with your order number. Wait for authorization and instructions before sending the item.
